Health Garden’s coconut sugar is derived from the sap of the coconut trees grown in the Philippines– higher quality than the coconut sugar harvested in Indonesia.

Farmers hand cut the coconut palm; then harvest the sap from the cuts. This is then boiled and dehydrated on woks until it crystallizes. Our BRC certified factory then takes the product and does the following: sorting, grading, oven-drying, and sieving.

Sporting a light golden color, our coconut sugar won’t harden and doesn’t leave an aftertaste.
