Our brand new, first ever allergy friendly baking kit is here! Choco Yums™ Cake Bites are free from the top 9 allergens and artificial dyes, making them great for class parties, birthdays or just a fun baking experience with family and friends. The cake bites are a yellow cake mixed with our YumEarth Choco Yums™, coated in yummy dark chocolate and white chocolate (dairy free, of course). Don’t forget to drizzle some chocolate on top and add some sanding sugar. The kit makes about 20 cake bites.

CAKE MIX: flour blend (rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin), organic cane sugar, arrowroot starch, baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, kosher salt.

FROSTING MIX: organic cane sugar, organic tapioca starch.

RED SANDING SUGAR: cane sugar, red radish (color), carnauba wax.

Dark Chocolate: Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin, and Vanilla Extract.

White Chocolate: Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Natural Flavor, Sunflower Lecithin, and Salt.
