We are a proud, rural smokehouse in Hinesburg, Vermont. Nestled between the Green Mountains and the Champlain Valley, our small team of dedicated employees makes delicious meat sticks in small batches. At Vermont Smoke & Cure, cutting corners goes against our very nature, so we use only the best ingredients and slow-cook our meat sticks in a real Vermont Smokehouse. We balance time, temperature and humidity to craft perfectly cooked, tender products with a touch of smokey flavor in each bite.

Allergen Policy

All of our products are free from major food allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame + MSG. Our validated cleaning process prevents any cross-contamination between runs.

Satisfaction Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You must provide the Best By Date stamped on the product you purchased for a Customer Service representative to be able to address your claim and ship a replacement product.
