Two Fields Bakeshop is a destination where the worlds of allergy-friendly food and deliciousness intersect.

For Pastry Chef and owner Nick Nikolopoulos, who is the second-generation owner of Bay Ridge Bakery in Brooklyn, food and family are two of the most important things in life. His sons and nephew have severe life-threatening allergies to gluten, nuts, and dairy. Constantly worrying about what to feed them and who is feeding them made Nick transition his focus into the celiac and allergy-friendly space. Food is meant to be a shared experience, and when someone in the group cannot have what everyone else is enjoying, it can be completely isolating. As a French-trained pastry chef, Nick knew he could do better.

Nick set out on a mission to create made from scratch, celiac and allergy-friendly baked goods that can be enjoyed together, as it is meant to be. At Two Fields Bakeshop, every recipe meets the highest standards of celiac and allergy safety and our baked goods, breads, and pizzas are so delicious, our customers are proud to share them.

Our rigorous allergy-safe protocols have been trusted by families for over 5 years. Two Fields Bakeshop products ship nationally and are available at our bakery in Berkeley Heights, NJ and select supermarkets and other food establishments in the northeast. Our certified gluten-free facility is completely peanut, tree nut, and sesame-free. We also specialize in milk-free (dairy-free), soy-free, and egg-free (vegan) products which are made completely isolated and displayed in their own section.

Two Fields Bakeshop is a certified gluten-free bakery. We are also 100% free of the following allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, coconut, fish, and crustacean shellfish. Additionally, we make sure that our raw ingredients are not only gluten-free but that they also do not have cross-contact with any of these allergens.

Most of our products are soy-free and we have many products that are milk-free (dairy-free) and egg-free (vegan). We have many protocols in place to prevent cross-contact of those allergens that are in our bakery.

Satisfaction Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we do want to know if, for any reason, you are not satisfied. Please contact us immediately if you are not completely thrilled with your order.
