some of our snack seasonings contain milk/ cheese/ milk derivatives. allergenic ingredients are segregated according to our standard operating procedures. we maintain a regular swabbing and testing program to prevent potential cross-contamination.

allergens are labeled according to regulatory guidelines in the market popchips are sold (USA, Canada, UK/EU).

a toll-free consumer phone number is printed on popchips labels. all inquiries and complaints are logged and delegated to the appropriate department. any allergen questions are handled by the quality department. all questions are investigated and a corrective action is documented if necessary.

consumers are encouraged to return any product that does not meet their expectations to the retailer where purchased. however, if that process is not satisfactory, popchips may provide a coupon for replacement.
