Allergen Policy

We are committed to ensuring that we manufacture a quality product is free of common food allergens. All of our recipe formulas are tested by state-of-the-art laboratories capable of detecting the lowest measurable allergen amounts using current and approved methodologies. We test the final product for the following allergens: peanuts, all tree nuts, egg, soy, corn, wheat, gluten, milk, casein. sulfates and nitrites.

Our mixes are manufactured in a certified gluten-free facility that is both HACCP certified and GFSI certified. In laymen’s terms, these two certifications guarantee that there are standards in place to ensure the food products are manufactured following government regulated food safety and standards.

We have an Allergen Control Program. This program maps each step in the manufacturing process. Starting from the packaging to the farm that grows the raw ingredients to the mill that grinds the flour, and from the manufacturing process to our warehouse. Procedures are put in place to ensure that contamination from allergens does not occur. We ensure each product supplier is aware that their product is used to manufacture mixes that are free of corn, dairy/casein, eggs, gluten/wheat, peanuts, tree-nuts and soy. We say from 'farm to finished product' we make sure there is no cross-contamination.
