Allergen Policy
Allergen Management Overview
At InBite, the following major allergens are NOT used, processed, or stored in our facility:
Milk/Dairy (including cheese, butter, whey, casein, etc.)
Peanuts
Crustacean shellfish
Fish
Mustard
Soy
Wheat (gluten-containing ingredients)
Sulfites >10 ppm
Barley, rye, oats, triticale
Artificial flavorings, hydrolyzed proteins, MSG
The only allergens currently stored and used under controlled and validated conditions are:
Almonds (tree nut)
Sesame
Egg
These allergens are managed through documented procedures including:
Dedicated storage zones
Scheduled production runs
Validated cleaning and purge protocols
Environmental monitoring and allergen swabbing
Staff training and verification practices
All production lines are verified to be free from allergen residues before running allergen-free products. Verification methods include visual inspection, ATP testing, and allergen-specific swabbing where applicable.
Labeling and Traceability
All products are labeled in accordance with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) and the FASTER Act. Our traceability system allows full ingredient tracking from receipt to finished goods and supports rapid withdrawal or recall when necessary.
Commitment to Food Safety
InBite is a certified Gluten-Free facility (GFCO) and operates under a SQF-compliant Food Safety and Quality Management System. Our allergen control procedures are reviewed at least annually, and internal audits are conducted regularly to verify ongoing compliance.

Product Quality Claims
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery timestamp on your tracking information. Claims submitted after this window cannot be evaluated or honored, as we are unable to assess product condition or storage history beyond this timeframe.
To submit a quality claim, please send the following information to info@inbite.us:
Full name and order number
Product name and flavor
Lot number (printed on the packaging, if available)
Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible issue
A description of the issue
Incomplete submissions may delay or disqualify your claim.
After review, InBite GF Inc. may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before issuing any resolution.
