With over 50 unique flavors and 20 made with all-natural colors and flavorings, the lineup ranges from nostalgic Pink Vanilla to novelty options like Pickle. Each product is made with care to bring a fun, flavorful twist to a classic treat. It's cotton candy reimagined.

Fairy Tale Cotton Candy is committed to the highest standards of food safety and allergen control. All of our products are made in an SQF Edition 9 Level 3 certified and FDA-licensed facility and are compliant with SFCR (Safe Food for Canadians Regulations).

All products are non-GMO and free from the top major allergens: dairy, soy, wheat/gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, and eggs.

Our production lines are dedicated to allergen-free products only, and we do not process any known allergens in our facility. Routine allergen control measures and supplier verification are in place to ensure that ingredients remain allergen-free. We follow strict labeling policies and maintain thorough documentation to prevent cross-contact and ensure traceability.

At Fairy Tale Cotton Candy, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stand behind the quality, freshness, and flavor of every product we make. If any order does not meet expectations due to damage, defect, or packing error, we are committed to making it right through a replacement, refund, or credit—depending on the situation and order type.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product in good condition, we will issue a refund or credit to your original payment method.

For wholesale orders, we honor refunds or credits for damaged products reported within 60 days of receipt. Please email orders@chocolatestory.com and include your order number, photos of the damaged product, lot number, expiration date, and quantity affected.
