UNCHAPPED is the brand of lip balms created by Soap & Oils Bath Co.

Soap & Oils Bath Co. has been open for 3 years serving mostly San Diego locals and tourists that come to town. All of our products are 100% natural and handmade in house.

UNCHAPPED is our brand of lip balms, vegan and free of the top 9 allergens defined by FDA. I personally run my brick and mortar store and by talking to customers I found out that those with allergies have a hard time finding safe skincare products, this is how UNCHAPPED came to be. I researched safe manufacturing practices and ingredients so that our lip balms can be safe for most. Inclusion is my goal, this is why they are also vegan and made with just 6 ingredients, I want to take the hussle away from having to read a long list of ingredients that are hard to understand.

As far as UNCHAPPED goes, lip balms are the first product we launched that is 100% vegan and free of the top 9 allergens but our goal as a company is to slowly add more allergy friendly products and my personal dream is to have in house lab testing for every batch.

Our lip balms are made in dedicated equipment, not shared by any of our other products, and we fully sanitize all surfaces before and after every batch.

Our facility also makes products that contain sesame and coconut oil but using different equipment.

We source our ingredients from companies that provide lab reports of allergen testing for their products.

Since we make skincare products it is not something that can be returned and put back on the shelves so we have a no return policy. Of course if someone had an issue with one of our products or is not fully happy we always work to make it right and depending on the situation customers can get their money back.
