Allergy-friendly Asian-style sauces, including NIKIGO Original Sauce, our revolutionary soy sauce replacement, made from fresh mushrooms. All products are free of the top 9 major food allergens.

NIKIGO does not include any top 9 allergens in any of its products. Our manufacturing partner is pursuing Certified Free From certification from MenuTrinfo. Until certification is in place, we will perform testing for allergens on each batch by Eurofins or similar outside lab. After certification, regular sample testing will be performed per the certified plan, which may not be on each batch. Our manufacturing partner currently has no plans to manufacture any allergen-containing products; we will update this policy if that changes. Accordingly, we do not currently have a potential for cross-contamination within the manufacturing environment. (Should this change, our labels will include clear warnings.) Ingredients: We are very selective with our ingredients, there will be random testing of ingredients as part of the CFF testing plan, or will be covered by their own independent testing or are CFF.

As a food product, our policy is to not accept returns, but if there is something wrong, we will do our best to make it right.
