At Bread SRSLY, we’re serious about reuniting people with sourdough when they thought good bread was off the table. We use organic gluten-free grains and the magic of wild fermentation to bake traditional sourdough bread that is not only delicious, nourishing, and comforting, but also safe and inclusive. All of our products are certified gluten-free and baked in a dedicated gluten-free facility, in addition to also being vegan, top 8 allergen-free, and sesame-free!

Allergen Policy

Our products are made in a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility, and every ingredient that passes through our doors is certified GF. Our products are certified Gluten-Free.

In addition to being gluten-free, all of our products are dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, potato-free, sugar-free, tree nut-free, peanut-free, tapioca-free, sesame-free, and chickpea-free! Our facility is dedicated Top 8 Allergen Free.

CORN ALLERGY STATEMENT: As of 2021, the xanthan gum we use is derived from corn. While there aren’t corn proteins in the final product, some people with corn sensitivities choose to avoid our products made with xanthan gum. Our Sourdough Sandwich Rolls and Cinnamon Raisin loaf are gum-free.

SUNFLOWER & POPPY SEED ALLERGY STATEMENT: As of 2021, there is a possibility of cross-contamination of sunflower and poppy seeds (from our Seeded Sourdough) with our other products. If you are allergic to sunflower in any form or poppy seeds, we would recommend not consuming our products.
