Fresh-baked sweet treats that are allergen-free (gluten, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, sesame and soy), while delivering all the moist chewy flavor your palate craves. So no more FOMO for sweet tooths with food allergies! In fact out desserts are so delicious those without food intolerances will not feel they are sacrificing anything by sharing them with their more diet challenged friends and family. Made with clean ingredients, our products are also preservative-free.

FOMO Baking Co, is the passion project of Brittany Baker who was diagnosed with celiac during her second year of law school. As she adjusted her lifestyle accordingly, she discovered the fear of missing out (FOMO) that so many with food allergies suffer and found that most of the desserts she could eat were completely unsatisfying with too much of the cardboard factor in terms of taste and / or texture. The more she learned about food allergies, their epidemic numbers in the U.S. and the fact that many people suffer from multiples, the more she became convinced there was a need for sweet treats that addressed all the top allergens, tasted delicious and made responsibly in a dedicated kitchen to prevent any possibility of cross-contamination.

Ultimately, she turned her back on a high-profile legal career to spend a year developing recipes, based on a proprietary gluten-free flour blend she developed, and to build her kitchen. After 1.037 recipe variations and 321 taste tests, FOMO Baking Co. was born.

No gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy or sesame in the products or in the facility. All products baked fresh in our purpose-built, dedicated commercial kitchen. There is no possibility of cross-contamination.

Satisfaction Policy

All items are baked to order. No returns, but no one has ever asked FOMO to return product or refund purchase price.
